If you have purchased your cookware from a company other than us, we have listed as many manufacturers that we could think of along with their web address as a service to you.

Many people who have been using waterless cookware for 25 years or more are in need of replacement parts. While we would love to sell you a new set of cookware, we feel you may be better suited to obtain the replacement parts from the manufacturer for free or for a small nominal fee since most waterless cookware sets have a lifetime warranty or at least a 50 year warranty. That knob that you need could very well be free or might cost you a few dollars for shipping.

Obtaining Replacement Handles

Many people who purchased waterless cookware from salesmen years ago now need replacement handles or other parts. A large number of the companies selling cookware 25 years ago or more have either gone out of business or have been bought out by larger cookware firms such as Regal Ware Inc. or The West Bend Co.

Be realistic in trying to get support for a product that old.

What to do

If you need to replace your handles:

1. Look at the list of cookware companies below and try to find your brand and who owns it.
2. Contact them about replacement parts.
3. If you have no success or get no cooperation, your best bet then is to check your local cookware store or repair shop to see if they have handles that will match. You may have better luck locally.
4. If you still have no success in repairing your item, check out our online store. We would love to have you as a customer.
